Jim....I thought 3 Brothers Mfg. created this kit but since they do/did offer rivet embossed flat sheets of styrene maybe they just bought the rights from the original mfg.
John & all...If there was a really nice "S" RTR bridge of the type I need I might not be considering the idea of building one of these kits. But, since there isn't I'll have to build what I need. No problem, I've always been fascinated with bridges and building one should be fun. I picked up one of the Walthers HO Pratt Truss bridges (nice kit) to see if it would work. It will but not without some major compromises and unless I want to widen all the cross-memebers it will still be too narrow. I need two bridges for a module I'm builing of the UP crossing the Weber River in Weber Canyon and since they'll be the focal point I need some nice bridges. Here is a really neat link that will spark your interest if you like looking at bridges. http://www.historicbridges.org/ Butch H. Yahoo!
