I had picked up an undecorated (aka unlettered).

I had to break out the windows (most if not all glued in pretty good).
 Even dumping it in stripper didn't particularly weaken the bond.

AM does have a replacement glazing set for the E.

I have another E8 to do some day and what I may try first is to use
some of those liquid masking products on the windows, and then remove
them when complete.
