go to the nearest hardware store and get the cheapest gallon of black
paint you can find and give 'er the old dunk treatment. Of course,
when you're done, you'll probably want to put Penn Central decals on
it, preferably while the paint is still wet!
Oh, and don't worry about the porthole windows - paint them too. Less
trouble and maintenance.
