Um, hi everyone,

Okay, I have to admit I've had my share of good and bad ebay experiences, like
the guy who sold me a Roundhouse HO gauge shay and forgot to mention that the
motor was missing (this LONG after Roundhouse was gone). Thing is, what else
are we going to do? Does somebody else have an idea for setting up an S
scale/gauge auctionhouse? If so, why not let us know, because otherwise we're
all kind of stuck regardless. I've posted stuff for sale on this group, and
out of the 10 items I've sold, 2 are still here because the buyer never sent me
the money and never sent me an address to mail the merchandise to, and never
bothered to tell me that he didn't want them anymore (if that was indeed the
case). The thing is, someone has to deal with the mess involved in selling
this stuff. Now, I do not and WILL not use Paypal, so I'm kind of hosed when
it comes to the new eBay rules, which means I will no longer be buying or
selling things on eBay EITHER, because I
 have no choice!

Basically, what I'm trying to say is there isn't much point in complaining
about it to the group, unless you're trying to drum up support to petition eBay
for changes. So, how about some solutions? I thought I noticed in all these
'eBay' posts that someone was thinking about starting up something we can use
in its' place. Any more details on this?
