The expression was "What, Me Worry?" not "Who, me worry?"  

And for those of you who really care...

The PRR Freight Car Red or whatever you call it looks remarkably close to 
CNR Mineral Brown or CNR Red No. 11.  Hmmm...

Since CNR changed from painting their freight cars from black to Mineral 
Brown in the 1930's, I guess they borrowed the colour from Pennsy.  Then 
again...
