All, I brought in on good sized package about 3 years ago of Fast Tracks items of what I thought I would need for the "some day" layout. It was 4-6 templates and lots of other supplies and fixtures. My thought process was when I am OLD I won't be able to afford $30.00+ turnouts so I will have to make my own. I got some for code 100 & some for the SHS Mighty PRR rail.
As it turns out, I might not need a mass of turnouts (some pun intended) since I am going to use my mostly existing modules for my layout. It is all pretty much undecided right now. I may go for a mixture of S-Mod and my own sections. 1 thing is for sure it will be reasonably easy to disassemble and move. No chain saw will be needed. But the fixtures look so purty until I use them!
