And THAT'S the Bottom Line! I remember those days when I thought I couldn't 
build a layout because this or that was unavailable, then I realized that was 
just an excuse to not get started.

On the other hand, DCC is great for Christmas tree loops and test tracks, 
et.al., but I can think of very few other advantages. . .
