Ron... My message referred to freight cars offered by DPH (not necessarily SSA) and the prices came from your DPH web site. Here is an AF freight car listed for $60: http://www.desplaineshobbies.com/store/product/37730/S-AF-CTR-FLAT-CABLE-REEL-NYC/ Here is a car listed for $56 with "SHS" in the part number: http://www.desplaineshobbies.com/store/product/65577/S-Reefer-Baby-Ruth-NADX-6268/ My message stated that DPH S freight cars run about $45 to $56 depending on the specific car and there are pages and pages and pages of cars on the DPH web site listed for $44.98. > ....nothing approaching the $56.00 you quote. See the above two cars one of which is $56 and other is $60. Also, on page 17 of your freight car list there are cabooses listed for $90. Admittedly, I did not look at every single car on every single page, but the price range I mentioned covers a heckuva lot of cars.
