Bob, That is just what I needed. The hole I need to fill is a 1/8" half circle, I guess I will use a piece of 1/8 round styrene rod to fill the void and then finish with the Squaron green filler.

If it's a 1/32" or less, I'd fill it with putty, such as Squaron Green, and then sand it smooth. If it's larger than 1/32", I use styrene as a filler and ACC it in place, cut it flush with the surface and fill any irregularities with putty, then sand it smooth. It may take more than one application of Squardon Green to get the surface smooth and you need to be careful that you don't remove any details that are part of the original casting, such as rivets or other cast on parts.
