  I don't think that's the way copyright laws work?  Generally when buying a 
product one can make copies for personal use only, the restrictions are 
implied. Those containers on the product announcement don't look like the 
"patterns" they look like a a unit of the previous production? Are you saying  
they were sold as "patterns" for future commercial production? ...dave
