Ed: If you have a custom design, I suppose you would have to provide artwork. LBR has made a number of customized home road decals for me, but since I use only lettering, he was able to do that.
I made up a sample of a decal sheet I wanted, specifying the font and size of the lettering. On the CB&Q decals, he was able to find the heralds, and I specified the font sizes for the capacity and dimensional data. He has now added these to his inventory, both "Everywhere West" and "Way of the Zephyrs".
