Mine generally seem all right, although I do normally swap the Sagami can 
end-for-end so I can install an HO brass
flywheel on the shaft away from the gear tower.  I think there is quite a bit 
of unnecessary slop in the chain on the tower,
but so far have not sat down to replace the heavy brass sheet to provide better 
spacing.
