marketing is what brought it down.
Don't forget changing tastes & inexpensive Japanese knockoffs of toys.  I 
feel  that had ACG had any control over their inventory and their  costs, 
they POSSIBLY could have survived had they not cheapened the line so much  that 
NObody wanted their offerings.  
 
The past is easy to examine, the future is difficult to foresee.
