I once had some ACE literature that stated that they had hoped to have 
rotating bearing covers.  But obviously that didn't happen.  This also 
brings up the problem the modern guys, who are detail hounds, might have 
a problem with.  Since Smoky and the long ago Division Point caboose, 
were the only ones with actual rotating bearing, how do you show a 
complete train with only 2-3 cars with rotating bearing.  The other cars 
obviously wouldn't rotate--probably not a big deal except if you do a 
tight angle video of the cars going by!
