I heard some stories when I worked at the Austin Co. They built the new (then) plant in eastern Pennsylvania. I got to build a model of it for our FORTUNE Magazine ad. Had fun & got paid.

Example; They were putting together a new Mack body and Frank told the engineers the one part wouldn't fit or work. They ignored him and darned if they couldn't complete the project because the part Frank pointed out to them wouldn't fit. Too bad Frank can't tell those stories any more, he could tell you all about the &^%$*&%^# Mack Co. LOL! "S"ee Ya, Merry Christmas!
