Tom, I have 4 SMMW B&O wagontops but only one done awaiting the paint and decals. I did drill out all the holes on a second kit. A friend put me onto a battery powered mini drill that chucks the small #74 and 75 drill bits. I drilled all the holes on the first kit by hand with a pin vise, despite the directions calling for the use of a drill press. I think I only broke one bit but it took forever....a few turns then back it out and clear, then a few more turns and repeat, slow process. Once I got the battery drill it was a piece of cake and the drills are less likely to break at speed than with the pin vise. Yes, kit building is still fun!
