Hi Guys:

I was noodling around the Hobby Lobby store yesterday when I came accross a
line of plastic 1/72nd scale figure sets made by Billy V Toys.

The figures, mostly of soldiers from various wars, also includes a set called
American Western Settlers which could be very useful to S scalers.  There are
four sprues per package and a rough count showed about 2 dozen people, about 8
horses, and six each of pigs and cows, along with two Conestoga wagons.  Some
figures look like they could be updated to transition era, but at only ten
dollars per package it could be a worthwhile purchase for just  the livestock
and wagons.  The detail looks pretty good and 1/72 looks to work pretty good
for S.   I have quite a few figures awaiting painting so I left em on the rack,
but I'm now feeling abstainer's remorse.  I'll probably pick up a pack on my
next visit.   In the meantime I thought you'd like to know about them.
