OK - if the NMRA made the Standard S clearance gauge so long ago that Don T has only seen 1 in his life, & Bob does not remember when it was made it has not been available for 20+ years. Still no support for S.
My main point still remains true. S Scale is irrelevant to the NMRA. When I was planning attending meetings for the 1993 Valley Forge convention I sat across from the then NMRA President Bob Charles. It was an ongoing moderately friendly debate between us for almost 2 years. Bob was convinced he could get me to join the NMRA. I said I would join when I see the S Scale clearance gauge. The standoff remains!
