For what it is worth, the Lionel/AF U33C with scale wheels worked very well
pulling a long reefer train on my scale layout nonstop for three continuous
hours both yesterday and today (six hours total). Lionel/AF scale wheels and
scale track built to NMRA specs do indeed work well together. And I will not
even tell you about the sound.
I was also able to fondle six RRM 0-6-0 switchers this weekend. Nice.
