Hi James;

David Heine already mentioned using two 25 ton GE kits to build this, possibly
using a drive from the 50 ton switcher?

The museum where I volunteer on Sundays has both a 45 ton and 25 ton GE
switcher. While I can't say I'd draw up full plans for you, I can offer to
photograph or measure specific details.
