I think you are referencing a former PRR ore facility right on the Delaware River. It was Greenwich Yard Piers 122 & 124. I just happen to be at the PRR Convention in Harrisburg PA NOW and there will be a presentation on the ore docks at 9:30. I don't suppose you can get here in time!
