The New Haven and Derby Model Railroad Club, Inc. (an affiliate of The Orange
Historical Society) will be holding it's 20th annual model train show on Sunday
October 7, 2012 from 9:30AM–3:30PM at High Plains Community Center 525 Orange

The building is minutes from Interstate 95's exit 41 and exit 56 of the
Wilbur Cross Parkway (CT 15). It is handicap accessible and has plenty of free
parking.
All Scales and eras will be represented with between 90-100 vendor tables
featuring locomotives, rolling stock, books, accessories, clothing, scenery,
buildings and railroad memorabilia. The Valley "HO" Railroad Club, Valley
"N"-Trak Railroad Club and the Connecticut "G" Scale Railroad Club will have
their modular operating layouts set up for viewing and their members will
gladly answer any questions you may have. In addition we will have smaller kid
friendly "S" Gauge and "T" track layout, and clinics. There will be door
prizes at least every hour and a dining car to satisfy your hunger. All in all
there will be something for every member of the family.
Donations are: adults $5.00, teens (12-18 with adult) $1.00 and under 12 free.
