I bought this from an eBay seller:

It is only S Scale - which is why I bought it, and a T square version. I
measured the dimensions with a dial calliper and could not measure any error at
all. The markings are etched into the plastic. There are several types by the
same maker. Just go to S Scale: Other and search on "ruler"
