I did a quick on-line search (they used to occasionally turn up entries from 
the old on-line database), and found the reference in one of my own old posts 
from this list!

You might be able to work just from Bob's photos which he posted this morning.

An H31 might be less work:

The same decals might work, with different data, or Hoquat Hobbies might have 
the correct CDS lettering.
