Thanks Ed. But the Y3 simply takes up too much real estate to suit me. I do not think the minimum radii is necessarily a problem for me. I expect this is a magnificent locomotive and I want to see the model operate. But I do not expect to be an owner. I am looking for smaller locos that can be decorated to represent the L&N, NC&StL, or Southern, and without paying an arm and a leg for them. I may have to just be happy with my SHS Consolidation. I would be even happier if SSL&S offers conversions of the Flyonel Mikados or Pacifics.
