Hi Ed, Bill and anyone who wants a printed directory --

We will let you gather the list, and a signed waiver from every listed person
which relieves the NASG and all of its members of any responsibility for
whatever the data gets used for, and away you go! We will even let you use
the on-line directory to look up members (ten at a time)! I suspect that by
the time you have looked up 30 or 40 members, you will discover how easy the
on-line directory is to use. If you are looking up old friends who are no
longer members, that is a problem...

Maybe what you want is a directory based upon this and other Yahoo groups and
the S Scale SIG. How that plays with everyone, I have no idea, but it sounds
like an excellent project for Ed Loizeaux!... <grin>

Have fun!

To obtain a printed membership list, someone has to push a button on a computer
to print out the list. It could be printed on 3-hole paper so that the end user
could conveniently use a 3-ring binder. Some postage and the deed is done.

Print up a half dozen, put 'em in inventory (along with track gages, etc.) and
sell them to those who order one. Charge triple what the cost really is (ink &
paper & stamps). Make a profit and keep the members happy. Eliminate the
complaints. Bill Lane will smile!

Naturally, those who are listed would be expected to approve in advance this
invasion of their treasured privacy. Sounds like an idea to me.

Cheers....Ed Loizeaux
