It is possible John bought it from Hansel; or, if there is/are any wood used to 
simulate brass structural members, it is a totally different car.  What I 
remember was an all-metal car, no vehicles on board at the time, Hansel showed 
it at the '72 NASG first convention.

The Sunshine auto rack was a Frisco prototype.


I think the brass autorack may have been built by John Bortz. I wonder who 
bought it at the auction.

Steve Monson, dba Sunshine Models? The kit came in a tube.   Does anyone know 
what prototype the car was.
 
Does anyone who attended the KC convention that year remember the all-brass 
model, of an autorack, including a fully operating full-cushion draft gear?
