{S-Scale List} TCS decoders

Hi,
 
Anyone have experience with TCS decoders? My local hobby shop owner suggested 
that I try the TCS MC4 decoder. He says some of his customers really rave about 
it. Since I've never heard of this decoder, I thought I'd ask this group.
