"My point is. if SHS could do it from day 1 why could not MTH include scale
wheels in the box? At least for freight cars I am more than a little sure
the net cost would NOT be $2.00 per car. Even if the scale wheels cost more
you amortize the production costs across all cars. I don't see any reference
on how to get or including scale wheels for the locomotives."

Dear Friends, let's face it, the new S scale markets are for the American
Flyer type buyers, that's where it is in S gauge, we "S"calers are at the
bottom of the pile. It's not surprising to me the MTH would advertise that
way, they are in business to make money, not please the little S scale
market.

Like always, if I see something I want, yes, I'll buy it and convert it to
scale, like always!

I sure hope they don't read this list to determine what to make for us, they
surely will be disappointed in our enthusiasm for MTH and Lionel new
products.

Personally, I wish Lionel and MTH the best, we in S gauge need them very
badly, all the other gauges are growing like crazy.

I just saw the large Bachman On30 add with all their new locomotives, WOW!

Heck, they are all passing us in popularity!
