I can understand the frustration Bill, but the sad reality is the neither
Lionel or MTH is the former SHS. They have their own business plans and will
rise or fall to them.
And if either desides to exit S, don't expect the tooling to be up for sale to
an interested party. I haven't noticed either company selling off unused
assets.
