I've had good luck with Glow in the past. Once he forgot to send a Southern flatcar decal. I read last fall he had lost his brother or another close relative, depending on the post. After 3 months I got my decals from him. I've received orders from him on 3 different occasions without problems. I have to wonder what is happening with such disparate outcomes? Still I'm close to another order from him.
