It seems that some receive great service and turn-around times with Jerry Glow. And others, like myself, receive poor service. Why the inconsistency, I do not know. It is a difficult thing for me to understand as well. It has been a HUGE disappointment for me as his decals are accurate, he offers many of the roadnames that interest me, and I like the results from his ultra thin decal film. Painting and decaling remains one of my favorite parts of the hobby. But unfortately for the both of us, I will not order from him again nor can I recommend him to anyone.
