The 70 ton roller bearing kits. Finally building mine and have a question about a step I don't find clear in the instructions. The spring plate that holds the top of the springs goes on the underneath of the bolsters, facing downwards, between the two tabs on side of the bolster, right. It would seem to be the only way but want to make sure. thanks
