Agree with all you say and they are to be approached but not till we hear from 
NMRA concerning their conversations on the same subject matter.  Remember the 
NMRA standards are already there.  The old NMRA RPs have been voided and the 
data included in the standards.  So The appropriate people in the NMRA have 
hopefully already had these conversations.

My goal is not NEW stuff but rather to include the rest of the spectrum of S, 
not just "Scale", in the published standards.
