Proto is more than fine or extra fine.  The latter two us RP25 wheels with ever 
tighter math for flange ways etc.  
The Proto idea is 'scale the real thing' and uses a wheel profile that matches 
this ideal.  This requires the rail to also have a profile and the math is very 
exacting.  Not something that can be manufactured at more than the part level.
