Chris Zizzo Chris, Not to be rude, but I don't think that particular thread is about 50+ somethings who can afford what they want. it's just about getting the kids involved. Yes we are still kids at heart, but I think they are talking about the kids here in East Dayton that don't have a pot to piss in, but still need something to keep them out of trouble. That's all. Plus if it's something more reasonable item price wise, more shops might carry it. The way things are now, shops usually won't carry s-gauge because not enough people want to pay for a pricey starter set. Yes it is excellent quality. I won't buy anything else. But my 24 year old daughter still in college can't afford a starter set in s to do a halloween setup. !75.00 bucks gets her an O guage starter set. That's what the thread was about.
