Chuck I was one of those , who in the 80's had a permenant room
setup....never mised one....I too am still puzzeled....I still keep thinking
maybe I have the wrong week....But no...I'm right....Could it be that after
9-11 people are afraid to travel....How was april? last sept? last june we
went for a two week trip to the falls...I went over into Canada several
times...once to visit the British Lancaster Bomber....All along the trip,
mid June, I had no problems finding motels, without reservations....Every
where we stopped for the night we looked at several to get the best
rate....The only problem we had on the trip was the GATS show wanting to
charge my wife 7.00 to use the restroom....How about you guys who have been
lately....WHATS UP?....BTW...I was going to go last april and I found a room
in York about a week before the meet...but I had to cancel it...Bob
