This is the newest and latest sellers rip off trend. Its rampant in the coin collecting sector as well. The sellers list with a lowball starting bid with no reserve which hits them with a absolute minimal charge for listing the item, and then see if the item takes off. If not they cancel and eat the .35 cent charge which is nothing. Keep filing complaints with e-bay, and making a list, thats what I do too. Maybe some day e-bay will realize that, yeah they got .35 cents listing fee, but are getting ripped off for their end of auction fee, and thats a loss of revenue. Thats how I tell them in my complaints. I also mention that if they are going to make sure WE know we are entering into a BINDING contract by bidding, that the seller should also be bound, or its all just a big pathetic joke.
