I don't know why that was cancelled, but I can give you one possible reason. I haven't listed anything on ebay for over a year, and then only sold train stuff. Suddenly a week ago I got a confirmation from ebay that my listings of a digital camera and a laptop valued together at $8,000 had been posted. When I checked the listings, they were under my name but someone with the email Lottoboy70 at yahoo.Es would provide more info. I emailed Lotto and told him to remove the items immediately, then went in and changed the descriptions to note they were false, notified ebay to remove the items and the charges, and notified the National Fraud Information Center. Ebay responded that someone had listed the items under my ID, and that they were removing the listing charges. I don't know how this person expected to get the money from any bidder, but it sure got my attention!! Protect your ebay account.
