Absolutely true, as an uneducated person , new to the hobby overall, will
not know that the other car and rocket is missing.  And the seller may not
say a word to that person, as he is laughing to himself, should that price
be reflective of a complete car set.

Sort of like the Monon unloading car, in a way, without the platform.
