Roy, If this item is truly won on the basis of the boxcar only, take the total amount you would pay for this piece complete minus the winning bid of the box car and that would be the price of the flat with the rocket, as this rocket is not the same as those with those other single rocket flat cars.
I would say a E plus complete 25056 with the box would be about $650.00 to me. So the box car right now is a little over $400. Is that a fair way of figuring out the flat, I don't know, but that it is a start. Maybe the next Greenberg or TM should do a mention of expected value for the separate pieces, as I have no idea, if one is more valuable than the other or equal. Anyone with thoughts on this? And there is probably no right or wrong answer on this.
