Yah, could be it was named "Hooterville" in honor of Bobbie Jo and 
her sisters, but also consider that since their lil' burg wasn't much 
more than a whistle stop on the railroad, in early days, single-note 
loco whistles were termed "hooters". Just maybe ??????
