Transformer repair: The reset button will cut the power to all out put
terminals when pushed. noisy transformers are a result of a loose plate
or mount being loose, all transformers produce a small amount of noise
depending on how they were assembled. Caution don't attempt any repair
on any 110v equipment with out proper training and knowledge of high
voltage.
