Re bending Flyer Track:
I use a TRU-FLEX tool to re gage flyer track, works good. I have re
gauged several curves to a (center line) radius of 24 3/8" (16 sections
to a circle) to parallel the 19 1/4" radius of FLYER. The only cation I
have, be careful when re clamping track to the ties, as not to bent the
track vertically. I move the inside rail to the outside position, cut
approximately 3/8" from the longer rail. Crimping tool is a 3/8" hex nut
with a 3/32" slot (with of rail head) cut thru one side & a 3/8 hex nut
that fits in tie under the crimp.
