I purchased a AF/LTI #4-9209 N.Y.C. hopper and it did not have a brake wheel. I am not sure it came with a brake wheel. What is the A.F. part number of the brake wheel that I would use on this hopper? Is there a repro. brake wheel that I could use? It does not have a coal load. Did it come that way? Thanks for your help.
