I'm not the one with the problem. :)

When laying track i don't think that i've had the track
end with the rails even. So it never occurred to me that
the bundles had an odd number of pieces!

Yes it is Friday Keith--the answer to your problem is to cut the last 3
ft section in half so you would have two pieces--even steven.
