Andrew,
what system are you running? This time there is a problem with locale
names. Espec. Solaris systems use another names then e.g. Linux uses. We
have to add some tests into configure script or into the Sablotron code
to make the right translation between 'lang' attribute and LC_COLLATE
value. The only solution right now is hacking the code.
