Der Konzeptkuenstler und Experimental-Filmemacher Norbert Pfaffenbichler zeigt
ausschließlich neue Video- und Raum-Installationen sowie Fotoarbeiten. Teils
humorvoll, teils ernst beschaeftigt er sich mit der "anderen", dunklen und
grotesken
Seite der Moderne. Die BesucherInnen durchwandern einen speziell gestalteten
Parcours, in dem die Verhaeltnisse von Koerper, Raum und Abbild mittels
variierender Formate und Materialien thematisiert werden. Der Titel verweist
auf
das Medium Film, das hier als "Geistermaschine" zu sehen ist. Mehr

The conceptual artist and experimental film maker Norbert Pfaffenbichler
presents exclusively new video- and spatial installations as well as photo
works.
In part humorously, in part seriously, Pfaffenbichler deals with the "other",
the
dark, grotesque and sinister aspect of Modernity. The audience walks through
a specially arranged parcourse where the relation of body, space and image is
topicalized by means of various formats and materials. The title references to
the medium of film, which here can be seen as "ghost machine". More
