75. Geburtstag des kalifornischen Künstlers im Jahr 2010 auch das mehr als 50-jährige Bestehen der Pop-Art-Bewegung, zu deren wichtigsten Vertretern Mel Ramos zählt. Im Zuge dieser Retrospektive würdigt die

The occasion of the exhibition was the Californian artist’s 75th birthday in 2010 as well as a celebration of over fifty years of the Pop Art movement. In the course of the retrospective
Galerie Ernst Hilger
honours the artist with a presentation of his newest prints and sculptures. The gallery represents Mel Ramos since more than 2 decades - not without controversy.
