I rebased the later crystal patches and removed the guard.
Currently a lot of tests in combinat/crystals/highest_weight_crystals.py
fail. I need to investigate why this is so (I am sure they passed when I 
submitted
the patch a long time ago). In principle this patch could be submitted
to trac, but it contains some experimental code on KR crystals of type E_6
(using an order 2 instead of order 3 automorphism of the Dynkin diagram).
I might have to separate this out.

I know ... I got Rob Beezer on IRC, and he promised to handle this
patch relatively soon and in any cases before Sage Days 20.
